I dont understand why I dont get at least a reply on these tickets. I went with Rocket Theme not only because of its templates but because I thought I would have some sort of support.
It looks like there is some sort of support quota and I have already exceeded it on the first 2 topics I have created, of course this is not true, but it started looking like it.
What is going on here? Is it possible to have any reply? I am trying to accomplish a business. I intend to use these templates to customers websites and when I get stuck with these tickets this means I have my production stopped. On some cases I have to go for workarrounds and this decreases the quality on these templates. I reached the point where I fear creating new topics and I tend to live on with some questions and issues.
I have a lot of partners (people that could turn out future rockettheme members) who are aware on the lack of attention I am getting here.
When I experience what I am experiencing here and I find topĂcs like these:
They all have URLs to the issues I am experiencing and a lot of research happened before posting them.
Can somebody from Rockettheme staff please take a look at this topic and help me getting my topics replied? Or at least explain to me what is going on? If Andy Miller could at least see this topic (like he did to the "Very unhappy with RT support." toppic) and acknowledge how unhappy I am with this situation I would appreciate it.
On the first post you posted a reply to a thread from March 18. This is probably why it went unnoticed. On the second thread you mention above you posted the topic and then bumped it out of the new and the unanswered queues just a few hours after your original post. This is why those two have not received a response. We do the best we can to provide everyone with excellent support but there are some handy tips that can make it easier for someone to get the best results with regard to support here:

Christopher, you have always been helpfull. I apreciate the solution you provided on my last post (before this one), so far you have been my positive experience with RT support.
