cannot install mediamogul and synapse !!!!

Hi !
trying to install mediamogul and synapse with the joomla installer doesn't work out.: it ends with a white screen.
i am using FF 2.0 and joomla 1.013 (it happened also with 1.014)
does anybody know what the cause is ?
is there a method to install these nice templates by hand ?

Yes, just ftp the uncompressed folder in your /templates folder.
I did !!
but in the template manager there is no mediamogul ......
strange ????

Hello Reynaldo,
Those fields need to be filled with your database information from your host. In order to install Joomla, you must first set up a mysql database for Joomla to use. This can generally be done from your server / host control panel. After creating a new database, it should list those details (host name, sql username, sql password, sql database name) that you can then enter into that step of the Joomla installation. The sql table prefix can remain the default (jos_) in most cases.

I am really getting crazy trying to install it,
I created a new database, and then enter everything in that field but it always says incorrect username and password.
please help what is the other way to do it.
I don't have any problem installing the joomla with fantastico, and i can easily change the template without any hassle through control panel but this steps is making me feel bad....
they say, i need to do this way to have the tempalte appear exactly as demo, with all the sample pictures and sample text.
Please help me...... helpppppp
