How to fix french language?

- Hi,
  Is there a solution to fix french language?I found problemes in all templates i tried to use.
  It appears in "module title" when i write a word with "é" it appears "N".
  The problem appears using RocketLauncher Package or without using it.

- Hi,
  nobody can help with this.
  No one of the templates can work with french language.
  I don't have the same problem with other commercials templates.
  So it's not a joomla problem?
  Rocket team can you help.

- I have no problem with french language. All RocketTheme templates work perfectly in french in the sites I have done and all test sites in french.
  
  Which version of Joomla do you use ? 1.0.X or 1.5. Is it the french version ?

- Hi,
  I tried both 1.0.X and 1.5.
  i have problems only in modules titles. it change "é" by "N"(mirror).
  I tried with french joomla and RocketLauncher and upload french language in "administrator/language" and "language" files.
  no way still have this problem in module's title

  you can see that in "packs", put your mouse over and you will see text with "é" change to "N".
  I get the same problem with the template "equinox" exactely in the title of the login module.
  i think that it can be solved by changing the font used for the modules title.
  I think that the font used by default for modules don't accept french letters. but i'm not sure.
  And i don't know how to change it
