SOLVED Roksprocket not shows images

Hi,
I use roksprocket for my home page with a features and and mosaics widget.
Until now it works perfectly. But since some days, links to the images are brocken. The source adress is like :
www.mysite.com/wp-content/home/myaccount.../12345678_123456.jpg
I update and reinstall an old plugin and the last version, without success...
Could you help me please ?

There's no mystery there really - the image does not exist in the location given. So you probably moved the images. or renamed a folder.

Sorry, I didn't see the forum truncate the url.
The url link is written twice like this :
http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/home/myaccount/public_html/mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/12345678_123456.jpg

But the url does not exist on your site? it gives a 404 not found because it is not found on your server.

Hi,
Of course, it gives an error 404 because the url does not exist.
Because the adress is wrong : RS includes two adresses in one : ( better with colors )
"http:// www.mysite.com/wp-content/home/myaccount/public_html/ mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/12345678_123456.jpg"
and I don't understand why there is two url in one in the RS links...

Please would you post your URL, admin id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look for you.
It will be the way your have specified the urls in the roksprocket itself or your htacess file.
Also, Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.
