i got a solution, hope it's help yours to fix that bug.
if i add that code in: gantrywp\wp-content\plugins\gantry\admin\index.php
if(!empty($_REQUEST)&& $_REQUEST=="gantry-theme-settings"){
wp_deregister_script("jquery-touch-punch");
}
it's work fine, i think it's conflict with jquery-touch-punch.js
please fix it as soon as possible... - Best Regards

Hey Selim,
I tried it and kinda worked, well at least visual composer loaded proper, but still didnt save any elements I added. So still not working.

did you paste the code in wp-content\plugins\gantry\admin\index.php ?
that jquery-touch-punch.js script only unload for gantry admin - Best Regards

Also. I had another question. Maybe you know off top.
I want to create a template for my pages in "Page Attributes".
Right now I can only select "default" or "contact form"

OK Guys the fix is in Gantry 4.0.9 but you can change this files for faster if you don't want to wait for the release:
Please overwrite files in this directory with the files in rar:
\wp-content\plugins\gantry\admin\widgets\colorchooser\js

Well this is a Visual Composer thing and not Gantry in Gantry there where issues with color chooser mooRainbow-2.0.js and that is fixed.
I suggest that you contact vc.wpbakery.com/ for this because his js files are giving the error. Check this:
Uncaught TypeError: Object function (){return v;
} has no method 'match' composer-tools.js?ver=3.6.14.1:97
and i am getting this on basic wordpress theme.
I will set a fresh installation and do a little testing if its not working will contact Michael my self. - Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!
