Gantry overrides and Panacea problem

- Hello,
  
  Suddenly i have a problem on www.banjavrujci.info with frontpage overrides on Panacea theme. When i try to put Gantry Divider Widget on a desired place, it just won't get there.
  
  There were 3 columns on frontpage of website for accommodations listing and now i am forced to use only two because i can't put Gantry Divider Widget on a desired position.
  
  Can you pleaee help me with this?

  I can see error_log in public_html with the following error:
  
  [26-Jun-2015 06:02:46 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gantry/functions.php on line 452
  
  Same error_log in folder /english
  
  Maybe this does not have anything to do with this i am just checking everything...
  
  Also i have this in .htaccess:
  
  php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 8000
  php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 8000
  
  Edit: I forgot to mention that i have disabled WPtouch Mobile Plugin...

  So when i want to move widgets (either text widget or gantry divider widget) i can drag them only until sertain point and can't move down from there.
  
  Currently this is happening between "Odmor na selu" and "Vila jelena"...

I don't know why is this happening but you can make a html columns and it will have the same effect try this code, make one widget and add these code in and then just add more :

- No use just one widget and copy that code to make rows and it will have the same effect ...
  So 1 code 1 row, try to add it and you will see how it works ...

  I am little afraid of doing this because of seo what do you think?
  
  I mean because of adding a lot of "new" code into page?
  
  I have managed somehow to make it work now so we will see what will be.
