Showcase variations, im going insane please help!

ive made a test site to try out a new rockettheme template (Refraction) and quite frankly im going to do damage to myself before i work out where im going wrong, i started the site, got bored of the test template because it didnt have enough modules, so uploaded the new complete template which takes a good 30-40 mins to upload the 7000 files via filezilla, only to be stupid enough to delete the showcase module, and being called variations... now at my wits end i cannot seem to work it to look like the variation showcase on the homepage of the demo... (

A step by step guide would be very very appreciated, as im an amateur on joomla!
