background image banner ads?

I've searched all over the web and can't find a solution for this. I'd like to use full page banner ads as the background image of my site. Here's an example

How would i go about scripting a module for the background image? Anybody seen this done before? I could do the image but i need it to revolve and be clickable. Thanks for any advice.
