This is a website that I set up out of personal frustration with Hayfever allergies.
I have made an online resource and free forum where sufferers can share their frustrations, remedies and solutions (including natural remedies and product reviews).
I recently added a forum (AGORA) which hasn't really taken off yet but is there ready for hayfever questions, comments, suggestions and remedies.

Suggestions.
Turn gzip on and cache to load your site faster.
only display FREE to Join on your home page, a pain and distract to read an article and see that again.
remove inco pdf email print my browser already as those options and google hate them

Thanks for all your suggestions and comments. I have turned off the email display on the contact page (maybe I will start to notice less spam soon although that email address has no doubt be sold to hundreds of data bases by now
I've actually switched the forum off for the time being due to spam issues and lack of time to monitor atm. When I get time I will install, activate and try a forum software called Xenforo which I have heard is brilliant. In the meantime the site is gaining a dozen or so new members every day although a large number of them are spammers.
