Hi all,
I've tried a few different solutions for adding a form to a Joomla site. Most recently I've been using Google forms but I have difficulty changing the formatting/css. What solution would you recommend for inserting a "contact us" or "get a quote" type form into a Joomla site?

I havent tried it myself ... but some of my mod-friends use RS Forms

If yer using Joomla! 1.5, Joomla-Forms are pretty good. The admin is pretty much for dummies but has lots of options and it is very easy to build your forms. The support is prompt if you have a problem directly related to their component but if your support request goes beyond the call of duty you would need to seek help elswhere. 1.6 /1.7/1.8 in the pipeline.
