launcher sample data not showing

I used the rocketlauncher to install the syndicate theme. On my home page there are no modules or menues showing. All I have is a top banner and no content.
I may have forgot to click install the sample data when doing the joomla instal. Is there a way to go back and install the sample data? Or a way to install it from the backend? :shock:

If it is on your localhost it is the best way to delete the folder and make another clean installation. If you haven't already worked on your site this should not be a huge step back.
