I was looking at the component ezrealty for a real estate site. But in the knowledge base I read the following:

Yes. We have found that RocketTheme templates will break the google mapping used by EZ Realty.
Google mapping requires certain code in order to function, and this is often used by the templates in question. Also, some files used by RocketTheme templates for special menu effects cause problems.
As a result, we do not support or troubleshoot problems arising from the use of RocketTheme templates.
Does anybody know what the exact problems are and if there is a workaround ?
Because I don't want to by a component that I can't use with my favorite templates. - I use simplix, does this mean that I'm a simple guy ?

- Sounds like a conflict with the RT features such as RokZoom, RokMooMenu etc...
