Is there a plugin that will auto-resize all images?

Hello,
I was wondering if there is an extension for joomla that will autoresize all images used in articles.
So If I set the maximun width to 400, then it will look for all the images that are larger than that and will resize them by itself.
If images are less that 400 pixles in width, then it will leave them alone.
I'v tried simple image gallery, which does resize images, but I have to add the code in each article, which is a tedious thing.
Any ideas?
