What is this on my MySQL database?

- Hi Rocketeers!
  
  I check my MySQL database and find this tables and I don't know what is this. And on this tables have lot of content. This is normal or something wrong?

- You must be using some additional extensions which uses those DB tables. Also, full name of the tables would be valuable to know. If you check attached screenshot you will see that first part of table names is missing.
