I know it is but maybe we do have some bug in Hexeris launcher which prevents it to be executed correctly from a subfolder

Dear friends, my problem has not solved yet.. I sent my hosting access details with PM to a friend but there is solution
I have an idea to solve my problem..
I am not a master with joomla+rockettheme so I have to use rocketluncher.
If joomla is installed firstly and then default joomla template is changed with my theme.. Maybe it can be solution?
I have also time restriction. Our site have educational content and in my country,
schools are beginning in this week..
I have waited for 3 days to find a solution. I don't want to wait anymore..
What do you advice me? (I dont want to install another theme, my favorite is hexeris)

I only come to conclusion that you have some issues with your server because for example, if you try to update your extensions and Gantry framework using Extension Manager update feature, it will fail saying that "Update path does not exist". This could mean that your file and folder permissions are not correct.
You are using Direct admin as your hosting control panel and I know that this control panel has different file and folder permission requirements then for example cPanel.
You can see that you have permission issues if you check System informations -> Directory Permissions in your Joomla backend, You will see that none of the folders is writable (check attached screenshot)
I also noticed that you are using apache2handler php handler which is main reason for those permission issues. Contact your hosting provider to change php handler to something that uses web site owner user account on files and folders and not your webs server user account - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision

is there any other requirement for hexeris theme except requirements of joomla?
After arranging file permissions, I can install all rockettheme themes in my system except hexeris.. there should be a specific reason for this situation.. what is it? Before joining the club, people should see this warnings.
During one week, I am waiting for a solution..
Today, I communicate with my hosting provider who accept to change my server..
So which criterias should my new server have? which server is best for my theme?
And lastly, Are hexeris file permissions same with joomla permissions? Am I right?
