Gantry update 1.28 CRASH!

Did an update for Gantry to 1.28
After that everything down.
Tested some stuff but it was the ganrty update that did the harm.
Now i can do nothing. Without gantry the site doenst function. With gantry the site keeps loadingfot like minutes before the page shows.
Please help!!!!
PS: Deleted it and installed it again, same problem.

Updates for the Mercado theme and plugins were updated on Tuesday, have you updated those as well?

Are you serious?
Reinstalled 1.27 still slow......
Downloaded the 2 files. Now what to do? Overwrite all? Is there a guide? Not that good in english.
If i overwrite i lose all my manuel setting?
Getting a bit stressed right now.

Next problem.
Replaced the files except the one that doesnt excist. See prvious post.
Installed gantry and I installed the shopping cart plugin. After installing it it has an update to 1.2. If i install that one the website crashed again. Have to delete the gantry folder (ftp) again.
So now back to version 1.1. Dont think that is the solution?
