Gantry5: Page title variable in Info List?

I have a particle Info List inside header. I wish to add Page title in global header particle as a variable, not by hand, on every page.
The purpose of this is to use Info List particle in Base Outline (global header), so I would not have to create a header particle for every single page of Wordpress. As such, a different title would be displayed on every page header particle, according to that page title.
How can I acomplish this?

- You could use the Timber TWIG function {{page.title}} in a Custom HTML Particle and enable TWIG processing in the Particle... not sure if it'd woirk in the Info List Particle or not

You could override the Infolist Particle's TWIG file and insert it there manually
