I'm confused - you said you wanted it in backend?
Now you say you want it on all site - presumably you mean front-end? I have linked you to the tutorial that shows you how to add a font for use in frontend? So, do that first and then tell me where you want to apply the font that you have loaded - then I can help with the additional CSS to utilise the font.
Then, Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

You don't seem to have done any of that - nor do I even know what font you are trying to load?

no url provided. But if you want to load a google font - why don't you just choose it in the list in template manager > style

Well, there you go - that's the reason you are trying to use an "Early access" font not yet fully release by google - in effect it's a "beta" or "prototype" font. I wouldn't recommend that you use this on a production site.
But, if you do:
1. put that code from the link in your custom CSS file
2. then tell me where you wish to apply that font.
