Which RT Template can be used as a replacement for this template?

YooTheme Jul 09 - Phoenix Template in Waveblue Color
I want to move a customer website done with this temaplte to a RT template, but it should a bit better, but not too far from here.. (customer likes this one)

Looks like you could reproduce this layout with any Gantry based template, perhaps Quantive because it has rounded corners?
Several other non Gantry templates might work, but I won't know how the module position would match up.
With Gantry templates, you have over 60 Module positions so you can really customize the layouts as you like. - Thanks,
