One of my new sites

    • Good morning RT family. I haven't shown any of my sites before, but I though that I would give a preview of my worship resource site, Using Carbon...which I think is Andy's best yet, it's still a work in progress, but I am liking it. Any thoughts and ideas would be great. I am trying to figure out how to make the crown more GUI looking and bigger?

      peace, Ken

    • The question is not: How many people take you seriously? How much are you going to accomplish? Can you show some results? But: Are you in love with Jesus?

    • Yes, nice looking images and site.

In Safari, the logo background is darker than rest of header (see attachment). Did you export it with Photoshop ? There are gamma issues with png export. Best is to do it with Fireworks.

And if you need to test how your site looks in Safari: browsrcamp .

    • I'm using Carbonation as well, is there a way to place the main menu on the left-hand side of my page? I haven't found a way to do this yet.

      In index.php of your template:

      $menu_sidenav = "left"; // left | right

    • Yves: How do I get it to look like this site here?

Right now, mine looks like this.
      http://www.stevenguyenonline.com

For my Main Menu, I have parameters set up like this:
      Menu Class Suffix: -sidenav
      Module CLass Suffix: BDR
      Menu Name: mainmenu
      Menu Style: Flat List

      Full Active Highlighting: No
And the rest below that (enable cache, show menu icons, etc.) also: No

    • Apologies. Please disregard request for assistance. The menu screwed up my other pages so I had to disable the side menu. Thanks for the assistance Yves. :)

    • Side menu should work, this template is designed for it. Full wide texts are more difficult to read than narrow columns and the layout is more boring with only full wide contents. You can assign this side menu to certain pages so it doesn't break your layout.

Another thing: when we visit your photo gallery (Wedding photos), we have no link to go to other galleries. You could create a new module (links to other galleries + thumbnails) and publish it in footer position, only for the Photos pages.
