- How about CiviCRM @ CiviCRM.org? It is used by a LOT of non-profits worldwide for donor management and donation acceptance (including the non-profits I work with!). The new admin template would allow for a smoother training for these folks in the admin interface. Most of the guys using the software are small non-profits and have a big learning curve already.
