Help - Invalid argument error in Mission Control panel

• Help - Invalid argument error in Mission Control panel

Posted 13 years 1 month ago
• Hello all: I'm running Mission Control version 1.5.

And when I logged into my server today my page was filled with this error code. Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()in /****/*******/public_html/judahsscriptureshirts.com/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 678.

When I went into the settings for MC, I see these errors also.

*At the top of the page is this: JFile::read: Unable to open file: '/tmp/missioncontrol-updates.json'

*Under the parameters section is this:
There was an error processing your request:
Warning: fopen(/tmp/missioncontrol-updates.json) failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/*****/public_html/judahsscriptureshirts.com/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 246

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/********/public_html/judahsscriptureshirts.com/administrator/templates/rt_missioncontrol_j15/lib/updater/rokupdater.class.php on line 80

This used to work before and I haven't changed anything. It just started out of the blue.

I tried reinstalling the mission control but it didn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance, Shawn

• I would ask your hoster if they changed or upgraded anything on your account.

• I am also having a similar issue with MC. The RokAdminAudit displays the message below:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/*******public_html/administrator/modules/mod_rokadminaudit/tmpl/default.php on line 5

Other issue, which I presume are connected to this, is that I can't make any changes to the MC template colours.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Any possible solutions?

Assuming your running J17? so go to Admin -> Site -> System Information -> Directory Permissions and see if all folders are writable.

• Unfortunately the site is still running on J1.5, but will this still work to solve the issue/ I have MC running on other J1.5 with no issues.

I still need a solution for this 'Warning: Invalid argument supplied' issue with MC for J1.5. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Hmm there seems to be an issue with your server and some of the backend php files.
Not only do you have the issue with RokAdminAudit but a lot of your CSS styling is missing. In MC this actually done by php files.
Check this link -> http://www.YOUR-SITE/administrator/templates/rt_missioncontrol_j15/css/colors.css.php this generates the 500 Internal Server Error. Could you check your Apache error logs to help pinpoint where the issue maybe.

Thanks once again for looking at my site. Would it be OK to ask you to have a look at the server side of things if I give you cPanel access? I am not 100% sure what I need to be looking for and not too familiar with Apache either.
