Image problem with Afterburner template in IE6

  • Image problem with Afterburner template in IE6

    • I have been using using the Afterburner template to build a couple of websites without any problems, but I have just started developing a new site and come across the strange problem in IE6.

My article images are not displaying in IE6?? and yet they display perfectly happier in every other browser.

An example of what happens can be seen here

      http://test.khwp.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1&Itemid=3

This is the standard template without any modification, which I have used on other sites without any problems. I am assuming its a css problem. but my css knowledge is somewhat limited so if anyone can tell me how to fix it I would be really grateful.

I have also realised that if I insert an image with no styling at all in does display in IE6.

Can someone please advice, I am assuming there must be a CSS hack for IE6.

This is a great template, has has worked pefectly for me before. I have even gone to the trouble of doing a complete fresh install of joomla, and re downloaded the template for testing purposes and the problem is still there??

I need a fix, as many of the users I am developing for still have IE6 on their PC's and have no choice about which browser they use.

I am using joomla version 1.5.2 if that has any bearing on what's happening
