Grunge No Installation Folder

Hello everyone,
I have searched high and low for an answer but my head hurts, so I am asking for some help.
I have downloaded the grunge template bundle. ftp across to where I want to extract on the root directory. All good so far. However, I have noticed that the downloaded files do not seem to have an installation folder in them and I keep getting Restricted Index Access appear in the top left of the browser.
Just want to install the template and demo content but it is driving me mad.
Any pointers would be appreciated.

hi there,
the grunge bundle has to be installed via the joomla admin area > install/uninstall.
it can not be uploaded via ftp and does not contain an installation folder.

That makes sense. Forgive the noobness of this next bit but once I have installed a Joomla install from the web hosts via the control panel provided, I install the bundle via this. Will give this a go and report back. Thanks for the response.

Hi Kat,
Sorry for the late response but I decided that I would review everything again before posting. My main issue is getting the Header A module working as it is in the demo. However, as I am a total fool, I need some help. I enabled several modules within the Header A section but none of them gave me the demo. I enabled RokSlideshow, RokTabs but as I don't have the demo content; even though I downloaded and installed it properly about 12 times, I am not seeing the wood for the trees I'm afraid.
Any help is appreciated.
