  • Main Menu not horizontal

    • I have tried everything I can think of to get the menu to show as it appears in the demo - horizontal. I have tried following the instructions and vertical comes up, using the legacy horizontal and flat and adding the suffix _menu. The only way I get the theme layout is using list but it gives me a vertical layout. What am I missing?

    • How about this::

      Change menu style to list and add menu class suffix as new. Then, You can add this at end of template.css file:
      ul.menunew{list-style-type:none;}
ul.menunew li{float:left;}
ul.menunew li a{margin:5px;}

    • I have the menu on list, added your code, and added the "new" as the menu class suffix. This stripped the grunge style away completely and it's still vertical.

      Thanks for trying... I'm completely out of options now as I think I've tried everything. It's not as if I have never changed or used a Rocket Themes template before (I think I've been a paying member for 3 years now) but I've never had a problem like this one! Could it have something to do with Gantry?

    • I originally followed the instructions you just sent me the link for and those left me with the right grunge look but the vertical menu.
