Quasar- absolutely positioned logo

How would I go about absolutely positioning the logo in the Quasar template? It is working fine vertically, but not horizontally.
This is the style I'm currently using in template.css:
div#logoabsolute {
position: absolute;
top: 10px;
left: 80px;
width: 254px;
height: 108px;
z-index: 5000;
}
Look at it in Firefox.... not working at all in IE
