Quasar - Main Menu, Showcase and other Modules don't appear

Is there a Rocket Launcher for Quasar template? I couldn't find it...
The reason I ask is because my main menu is not appearing on the site, nor are any of the other modules (the showcase, poll, etc).
Is there a setting I'm missing, or do I need to use Rocket Launcer instead of Installing Joomla and then uploading the "complete" theme from RT?

Thanks Brian - so how do I get the menu to appear in the top row? The menu items are listed, but the menu does not appear - only the "top page tab".
Also the tagline below the site logo. How do I make that show up?
And the polls module and other modules? They're not appearing - is there a setting I'm missing?

The subline? Not sure what you mean.
The line "gpl-template is part of the logo.png
For the modules:
The module positions are different in gantry. For example there is no left and right.
Its called sidebar-a, sidebar-b and sidebar-c.
