Grunge Template "problems"

Hi there,
I have downloaded and anstalled the free Grunge template with Joomla!.
I have also signed up to Rocketthemes to get some stuff to make the template look like the demo (RokStories).
I am still facing some small "problems" with this template. And now I would like to hear if someone can help me?!

As you can see there are some things that does not look like the Grunge demo does.
For example there is no cool backgrounds on the images on my site. I would like to know how to make these cool backgrounds visible on the images on my site.
Also there is a problem with the buttons on my site. As yoo can see only the left side of the buttons are visible. How can I make the whole button visible?
The fonts on my site is a little different than the fonts in the demo. I would like my fonts to look the same as in the demo. If you see the topmenu you can see that it´s a little more thin than in the demo.
Now that i am here I would also like to ask a little quistion about the RokBox plugin. What should the code look like if I want to make an imagelink to a bigger image shown in a box?
That was a lot from me...

Hi again,
I know that it´s not easy to help when you can´t see my site, but I´m working on moving it to a new domain at the moment.
Please allow a few days to go before the site will be online again.
I´m facing a problem with dk-hostmaster.dk - The nameservers from Cloudaccess.net are not approved at dk-hostmaster.dk
Let me know if anyone has a sollution to this..!

To diasble the compression:
1. see if you have the RokGZipper-plugin installed ... disable that ...
2. go to the template-settings>advanced and disable GANTRY GZIPPER ...
