    • Couple of questions.
      I currently am still on J1.5

      Do i uninstall Quasar j1.5 template first then upload the Quasar j1.7 template?

      Do i install the Quasar J1.7 Template now, on j1.5 or after i upgrade to j1.7?

      I have tried to install the template Quasar 1.7 template and i get the following error:
      Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
    • System Information:
      - Joomla!: 2.5.19
      - phpBB3: 3.0.12
      - PHP: 5.3.28
      - MySQL: 5.5.33-31.1
      - OS: Linux

      - Rokbooster 1.1.13
      - RokBridge: 3.2
      - Gantry v4.1.22
      - RokNav 2.0.7
      - Rokbox 2.0.7
      Other:

      Thanks for the reply. A little misunderstanding though. I understand that I have to use jupgrade to get to 1.7. What I was asking is can I upgrade my quasar template to the 1.7 version before I actually update joomla. Version.

      no, the 1.7 version of a template can not function on a 1.5 joomla site.
