    mod_roknavmenu problem in Afterburner2

    Posted 11 years 11 months ago
    • I have a site I'm trying to convert to Afterburner2 but when I set the menu module (mod_roknavmenu) theme option to gantry-fusion, gantry-splitmenu or gantry-suckerfish, I get the following error (only showing gantry-fusion error):
      Warning: require_once(/home/XXXXXXXX/public_htmlgantry-fusion/formatter.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/modules/mod_roknavmenu/lib/renderers/RokNavMenu1XRenderer.php on line 230

      Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/XXXXXXXX/public_htmlgantry-fusion/formatter.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/modules/mod_roknavmenu/lib/renderers/RokNavMenu1XRenderer.php on line 230

      The problem is there is no '/' after the 'public_html' as well as there is missing folders in the built url.

      Any ideas on how to fix this?

    • I'm into Stylish things that just look good and function well.

    • looks like a "/" missing here

      'X/public_htmlgantry-' from your paths above - why I am not sure...

    • Even if the '/' was there, it would create a URL that would not complete as there is no '/home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/gantry-fusion/' folder. I've reinstalled the RokNavMenu module but to no avail.

    • I found that this is usually caused by a migration.

      Going from Joomla! 1.5 - 2.5 keeps the old settings if the module has not been updated then the error occurs as in J1.5 there are different view/class names for accessing the formatter.

      A SIMPLE open and close should fix the module.

      Thanks

    • The Jupgrade migration works pretty well but there are 'minor' glitches to work out. I just decided to do the redesign using the Gantry Framework instead of putting it off, thus not using Afterburner at all. Works fine!
