    z index for top menu... can't figure it out!

    Posted 11 years 9 months ago
    • Having trouble with the top menu getting covered by icons and text from other menus. I'm having the dickens of a time figuring out how z-index works. Any ideas?

    • Hi there,

      Try editing the following code at line 55 of template.css...
      #rt-header {
           position: relative;
           width: 100%;
           z-index: 1;
      }
      Change z-index to 100

      Please remember that these changes will be lost in any future template update. You can avoid this by using the tutorial here - www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=39...06162&rb_v=viewtopic

      There is also an alternative option here - www.rockettheme.com/magazine/dec-2011/13...cket-theme-templates

      If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post in this thread by adding SOLVED at the start of the title and then select the green tick icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

      Thanks for your cooperation :)
