    • Hello,

Drop down menu does not appear with Chrome on PC but it does on Mac.

Everything seems to be ok with css and js, i have no errors at all.

      Could you please check it?

      Cheers

Ps: It will show the menu once or two but if you go to one and try to go to an other option it stops apperaring.

    • Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "free stuff" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Most of these forums are for members who have a current PAID membership. Our priority is always to assist paying members.

      Thank you for your understanding.

Your subscription appears to have expired?

      Regards, Mark.

    • I am sorry this answer is totally unacceptable. What does it even mean?! Isn't it your software? Did i stole it or something? You hcan see that i bought this template and i am having problem with it. Does it matter that i find out this strange problem after the subscription expired?

I am reading your forum and see that not here not even in the section you are saying you have NOT solve this problem and you replying about my subscription??!

Mark was referring to the point that we only provide template support to members with a valid subscription. That is what you agreed to when you signed up and accepted our Terms of Service. We have a limited amount of moderators and time so the priority goes to actively subscribed members. I am sure you would be upset if your membership was valid and your requests had to wait while we answered someone else's post who is no longer a subscribed member. We try to be fair to all of our members but we do have rules we have to follow.

If you buy any product and take it back for repair or replacement after the warranty has expired then you are asked to pay for that repair or replacement. Many software companies operate in the same way. Those that provide lifetime support (that is lifetime of the product) tend to be large companies with high software costs so as to cover the cost of support.

If you build a website for a client and after 2 months they come back and say something has changed would you do the work for free or would you charge them? Especially when you take into account that their hosting set up may have changed; they may have failed to keep extensions updated; they may have added new extensions that clash with previously installed extensions; and many other possibilities.

Just for the record, I have visited the site in the link and using Chrome on Win 8 PC I have navigated through various menu items and cannot reproduce the problem you have stated. Please check the site using an Incognito window in Chrome and see if that makes any difference, just in case your Chrome has an addon or setting that is causing the problem.

      Hope this helps 8)

    • We are 15 PCs having the same issue... trying from different pc (win 8 and windows 7) with or with now incognito mode, with cleared cache etc. This is not an addon problem or so.

Now regarding your rest answer, i have not bought a coffee machine not even a television. If that was the problem then yes i could NOT request a refund, but this is NOT the problem...
The menu doesn't play neither to my site neither to other sites that users here post their problems.

So i guess you have to investigate it first and the reply like a lawyer.

OK - so now you have eliminated one possible cause.

So when did this problem occur? I ask because your membership expired last year. If the template was working previously, and we have to assume it was or we would have had posts from you BEFORE your membership expired 2 months ago, then we can safely assume that something will have changed either on the server or the site. Perhaps it is something to do with multilanguage because I am viewing the site in English (as it defaults to my location). Have you tried viewing in English using Chrome?

Actually we don't have to investigate it at all because you no longer have a valid subscription and our FREE support is only provided to actively subscribed members. I have made suggestions because we like to be reasonable and help where we can.

With all the recent changes in Joomla, also changes to our extensions and templates, it may be that some of your elements are old versions. However, this would not explain why I am unable to replicate the issue you have mentioned.

      Regards
