    • hello -
      i have JUST upgraded my joomla and roksprocket and am having MASSIVE issues with the roksprocket!!! i need help ASAP

      ISSUES:

      1) i cannot save anything in roksprocket
      2) when i try to save i get this error "{"status":"success","message":"","payload":{"module_id":154}}"
      3) when i try to add a new roksproket module - it prompts me to select the pick content provider and pick layout - but doesn't allow me to continue (see screen grab i've attached)


      i really need help -my client has a deadline and i need this to work asap

    • hi there,

      those issues you receive are most likely caused by cache.
      please make sure to clear your joomla and browser cache after ANY update of extensions or joomla itself.
