    • Hello Everyone!

      I have a project I'm working on that I have a question around regarding RokBridge. In short, I need to know specifically if user access levels get synced, or at least user groups, or anything like that where I can have the same permission in Joomla as I do in phpBB?

      Longer story... I'm creating a website with a paid subscription system where obviously the paying users can have access to a specific area within my Joomla site (and I NEED to be able to have that same subscription user be able to access "members only" in the forums area. I'm going to be managing the subscription-plan user access level within a Joomla module called "PayPlans"...this module already offers access control for Kuena forums which integrates better with Joomla...however I'd rather use phpBB for more forum options and thus my question is around whether or not the RokBridge solution offers user syncronization that INCLUDES user access level and/OR user groups or something...assuming it does, then I'd be able to go into phpBB and lock down specific forums/categories/threads to specific user access groups only...and meanwhile my PayPlans module/plugin will handle the user permissions as it moves the user into and out-of security groups based on subscriptions status. So again, I just need to know if RokBridge can SYNC user group os some kind from Joomla back and forth to phpBB3.

      If RokBridge CAN'T currently do this...can anyone recommend someone who can code this/modify RokBridge for me afforably? I used to use this guy over at BBPixel.com for bridge work but he's sadly been AWOL even though he's always been a great coder in the past. Please advise and thanks so much in advance! :)

    • At present there is no synching of access level. You can add users to different groups on login or signing up.
