    rokbox not working

    • Hello,

      Rokbox article module is not working, not genering anything,also when trying to add manualy, code gets strippped

    • Try to use some other Joomla editor, like RokPad2 for example, or an editor that doesn't cleaup up HTML code on save

    • I have the same problem. If I select the auto-generate thumbnail feature, the editor clean the source code. This bug only appear if I choose the auto-generated feature. In my opinion, your suggestion is not really user-friendly.

    • It is user friendly if the editor cleans the HTML code and removes the code automatically when you save the article. This is not a bug in the RokBox.

    • Could you test for auto generated thumbnail feature under the Joomla! 3.3.3 please? This feature does not work for me under the Rokpad2.

    • UPDATE:

      I am testing in old Joomla version (3.1), and the plugin is correctly work in Rokpad, TinyMCE, JoomlaCK etc, but it is not working in Joomla! 3.3.3 version.

    • I have same problem. i use it without editor, button insert this code: <a data-rokbox href="images/analytics.png" data-rokbox-generate-thumbnail></a> and thumbnail is not created.
      Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3, Rokbox 2.0.7
      How fix it!?

      ALthough we do provide our extensions for free, support for them is not free. You will understand that we can't provide support to the members without a valid membership. It wouldn't be right to our members with the paying membership

    • This is work with TinyMCE. But after save thumbnails not showing in editor. :(
