Roksprocket Showcase Slider - overlay text on top of image

I'm currently using the FP RokSprocket Showcase module set-up more or less as the demo site configuration (I think). Content provider is "Simple" and the theme is "Showcase", and the module class suffix is fp-roksprocket-showcase
It all works as it should - my problem is that I would really like to have the text overlay the slide image. But if I add an image, it drops below the Item text titles and description. The theme is RT_paradigm.
Is there a fix that would allow me to overlay the text on top of the image (thus reducing the overall height)?

Could you please post a URL to your site (this can be done in the secure area tab if you prefer) so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

Try using the slideshow theme instead of the showcase theme. Also, we very recently released a new version of roksprocket (v2.1.2) that has many new layouts and themes (so you can also try slideshow2 theme too).

When you install a new version of roksprocket you MUST clear BROWSER and SERVER cache.
