RokBooster won't compress css and js files

I have followed all the instructions and I have also searched the forum.
But no matter what I do the css and js files are not compressed. I am using the latest version of rt_voxel in joomla 2.5
The url is staging.valleygreentea.com.au/

I don't know what am I doing wrong or what settings are wrong. Now rokbooster seems to be compressing the files but the site is not loading correctly.
it should be the same as the live site

- I have the same issue. When I enable rok booster to compress js files my site layout screws up and search modules stop working. What are the most basic settings we should have set for this to compress js files but not screw up website layout.
