I don't really understand your question - generally upload all your images in the roksprocket of the same dimensions to start with then you won't have any issues in things like "mosaic" layout.
Also, you subscription appears to have expired?

The best way to fix this is to change your images to the same size to start off with. You can do this as a batch process in something like photoshop to correct many images at the same time. Also, it depends what template and layout you are using, but you might also be able to do it with CSS too (but this would be inefficient - better to change original images).
A current subscription is required for support.
