    SOLVED Captcha plugin not work

Posted 10 years 3 months ago
    • Hi,

I have a RT Template (Chapelco) and I followed all steps to activate correctly Captcha on joomla. I have also verified that the file recaptcha.php present the correct changes with the google api.

But, on the registration form, does not appear the captcha form and if I simulate a filling registration, I receive this message on confirm registration: "Attention: Empty value not allowed."

Kindly, how can I fix this problem?

      Thanks in advance.

      Best regards.

    • 1. you're using sclogin
      2. you're using K2 registration
      3. you haven't put the recaptcha keys into K2 parameters.

      Regards, Mark.
