"Save" & "Apply" buttons disappear in RokGallery

I am using RokGallery 2.29 on a Joomla 3.3.6 site. I've used RokGallery many times in the past with no problem but I'm seeing something odd this time:
After I perform any action in the component, I will no longer see the "Apply" button (on the Tag dialogue box) or "Save" button (on the Gallery page). See attached screengrab.
If I then reload the component page by going to Components > RokGallery the buttons will re-appear -- but again just once.
Is this a known issue with RokGallery 2.29? What is the fix?

Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.
No it's not a known issue. You probably have a clash with some other third-party extension.
Please give exact steps to recreate this issue.

Site info posted in "secure" section of this message.
Specifically the problem is that I can upload/tag/save items in RokGallery when I first load the component. After I perform any action the "Save" or "Apply" button (as the case may be) diappears.
To make the buttons re-appear I have to reload the component by going to Components > RokGallery.

I can't reproduce this on your site.
1. what browser are you using?
2. clear you browser cache and try again.
3. Give me exact steps one by one to reproduce this.

Upon further looking into it I can see that the problem is limited to Chrome. When I use Firefox everything works correctly. I also cleared by Chrome cache but it didn't help anything.
Here's a step-by-step of what I'm seeing in Chrome:
- I go to Components > RokGallery
- I upload a photo (btw, the "drag and drop" field also doesn't appear in Chrome)
- I select the new photo and publish it
- At this point several things are not working correctly:
(1) If Iclick the "Tag" button and the tag dialogue box appears however it does not contain the "Apply" button
(2) Similarly if I were to click on the "Gallery" button to try to create a new gallery there is no "Save" button
(3) Similarly if I try to delete the photo there is no "Yes" button in the confirmation dialogue box
(4) I also cannot change the Filter dropdowns away from their default settings

This is CHROME I think - look in the console you are getting "ERR_CACHE_MISS" which is a known bug with CHROME AT THE MOMENT

. I would use firefox for now until they fix Chrome.
