RokNavMenu not switching to mobile

I have a RokNavMenu installed on this site: ridgetrail.org. When reducing the viewport it used to switch to the mobile version of the menu. Now it does not.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

In our responsive templates with supporting the Gantry Mobile menu it's the Gantry framework that controls the display not RokNavMenu.
I have no idea what Protostar uses for a responsive menu system. I would ask in the Joomla forums.
