how to always display the mobile menu and hide the desktop version

hi,
How can I always display the mobile menu instead the desktop version. Using gantry4 .
Want to always show the panel mobile menu and slide it from left, the menu icon should on the top right. And the standard dropdown menu should be always hidden.
Whats the procedure to be followed, please help.

But... I'm afraid that is not possible in Gantry 4 (it is in Gantry 5 based templates).
