RokMiniEvents 3 off by a day

Posted 9 years 5 months ago
    • Our site uses JEvents with a RokMiniEvents module on the home page (Upcoming Events). The first event (Give to the Max Day) shows 11 November, yet if you click through to the calendar the JEvents date is 12 November. This is the case for all events and doesn't seem related to time zones. I've tried all options for Show Local Times and Forced Timezone.

Note that the RME module is hidden at small screen sizes.

UPDATE: I'm in the wrong forum , and this is a (very old) known issue . Forcing London time zone seems to have helped.

    • Is this resolved? Thank you for posting a link to that thread ;)

If a thread is solved please edit your *original/first* post and place "[SOLVED]" (no quotes; don't forget the brackets) at the beginning of your post title. Changing the post icon to the Solved Checkmark is helpful too. :)

    • Considering that I'm around the globe from London, as is my server, I'd say no. There's no clear resolution in that thread either.

    • but it's working now? Perhaps I didn't understand your previous post...

Your server is likely set to UTC/GMT time... that's why forcing London time works/is the best solution on *some servers* because it syncs up with the server's primary clock.
