SOLVED RokAjaxSearch not showing results and java script issues

problem 1:
I am facing a problem with RokAjaxSearch module. When the user enter the details in the search box, usually it shows up results without pressing enter. But in my site it is not showing results unless i press enter

problem 2 (Not sure whether this is a right place to post, but just looking for some solutions):
The subscribe button on the rightside of the page in the below given link doesnt work with slide and popup options and works only in normal mode but the header subscribe works fine with slider option and fails in popup option. Ultimately the popup is not working almost at most cases.

As you can see in the above 1st link when we enter search data, the results are not shown unless we press enter, when we observe the browser console i've seen that there is an error with RojAjaxSearch.js file and i have tried updating this files as many times as possible still the error keep showing up and gives as Class not defined. I have recently migrated the site from 2.5 to 3.5.1 and entirely moved the site to new server. It would be great if some one suggest me any solutions and there are places where javascript keep dying, i have updated all the JS files in the server but still sometimes js files just break as described in problem 2

Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.
You are getting JS errors in the console - any JS error will break all other JS too. Most likely this is a clash with one of your other extensions so you should disable these one at a time (clearing browser and server cache between each change) until you find the culprit.
Also, ensure that you are using the very latest versions of all of the RT products so that they are compatible with Joomla 3.

for all those looking for answers i've solved this issue in the following way.
1. check the version of mootools, if it is not updated, update it first.
2. if you are using enable/disable plugin for mootools then check for its settings it should be enabled. if not most of the cases it results in conflict. you can even unpublish the plugin find it in plugins>system-enable/disable Mootools
By now issue should be solved if not check for the js and jquery files whether they are up to date if not update them.
check for latest version of rocket theme plugins/modules that you are using and update them. By this all the issues should be solved
