Afterburner Theme - How do you activate top nav bar?

This is probably painfully obvious but being somewhat new to Joomla this resource has been terrific.
Anyway, how do activate the top navigation bar (the horizontal navigation under the logo)? In the demo and in my Wordpress site (using the WP Afterburner template) the top navigation is built out but after installing the Afterburner template I cannot see how to publish this menu and add content. Any guidance would be appreciated.

What a great testament to the documentation in the RocketTheme/Joomla community
