Assistance with converting a less style sheet to scss

Im have converted a gantry 4 Site to gantry 5 site.
its styled using less in gantry 4 and im quite lost setting up the scss in gantry 5
Is there anyone that could lend a hand doing this conversion?
More than willing to compensate for asitance here but woudl like to actually learn it but this needs done quickly - Just my 2 bits

Generally this kind of request should go to the Marketplace forum but maybe I can save you some money
Google and you will find a lot of LESS->SASS(same as SCSS) online convertors. The problem is they all crash when they hit a mixin which we use a lot.
Solutions:
Long Term: see this link for a good guide on conversion http://sproutsocial.com/insights/less-to-sass/
Short Term: in the Ganry 4 site fire up an Inspection Tool( Chrome Developer Tools ) and from the CSS panel copy the relevant CSS code. Then paste that into your [JOOMLA-ROOT]/templates/rt_requiem/custom/scss/custom.scss (<--CLICK this is link) file.
