      Hi! I have been searching the forums, and found similar instances in this forum. So I believe that this is the most appropriate place to post this. Please correct me if I am wrong.

      I did a backup and restore. The database restored fine. Everything seemed to be fine.
      When I pulled up the site, I have this error message:
      Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'RuntimeException' with message 'Invalid JDocument Class' in /home/southa13/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/document.php:305 Stack trace: #0 /home/southa13/public_html/libraries/legacy/error/error.php(778): JDocument::getInstance('error') #1 /home/southa13/public_html/plugins/system/redirect/redirect.php(191): JError::customErrorPage(Object(Exception)) #2 [internal function]: PlgSystemRedirect::handleError(Object(Exception)) #3 {main} thrown in /home/southa13/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/document.php on line 305

      Please let me know what other information I may provide.

      PS: When I navigate to /administrator, the following error is displayed:

    • Hi again.

      I just uploaded and unpacked Joomla 3.5.1. and Gantry 5.2.14.

      Now the error is gone, but it looks like the website with no css.
      And the browser tab indicates a "404 Page Not Found" error.
      phpinfo.php returns a blank white screen.

      /administrator returns a blank white screen.

      I have set error_reporting to 'Maximum' in configuration.php.
