I am using Joomla's ACL to allow the Joomla built-in Manager group to edit Joomla modules. Everything works well until a Manager attempts to open a module that uses a Gantry Particle. The Edit Particle button is supposed to open a popup, but the popup never expands and no particle content appears. See attached. This has been confirmed in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

I am able to temporarily work around this by setting the "Gantry 5 Themes" permission to allow "Access Administration Interface" for the Manager group. But this has the very much undesireable permission of allowing the Manager group to also access the Gantry 5 themes. For my project, the Manager should not have access to the "Gantry 5 Themes" admin interface.
Is there a simple way to resolve this bug that allows the Manager group to edit Particle within the Module Manager without allowing them access to the Gantry 5 Themes interface?
