Upgrade to J 3.6.5 - Failed to load 'rt_ambrosia' template: Please install

Upgraded to J 3.6.5
Frontend now = Failed to load 'rt_ambrosia' template: Please install Gantry 5 Framework!
Backend now = 0 Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error
So, can't even access admin to do anything, e.g. re-upload Gantry5
Wish I hadn't bothered to update J now.
Currently trying to restore backup via Akeeba Kickstart but it's a warning, of sorts.
[Update]
I had taken Akeeba Backup this morning before upgrading J. The restore, using Akeeba Kickstart failed on the Extraction phase.
In desperation, I ran through the KickStart process anyway and clicked the button to Skip the database restoration.
Kickstart completed ok and the site is now back to the old version and functioning fine.
So the problem itself is not resolved, but Akeeba Backup can probably save you. - Last Edit: 8 years 4 months ago by Paul Jenkins 1.
