That can't be done as far as I'm aware - the information on the page settings is static.
There are plugins on Joomla JED that can do more dynamic things - like this one I found https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/perfect-open-graph-tags/ (but I haven't tried it so make sure it's what you want).
